   • Returns or replacements must be initiated via the “My Orders” tab within 48 hours of delivery.

   1. Select the order and product in “My Orders”.
   2. Upload photos (if damaged/defective).
   3. Request replacement or refund.

   Refunds

   • Prepaid: Refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
   • COD: No refund required for cancellation; replacement possible.

   Shipping for Returns

   Free for defective/damaged items. Buyers may bear the cost for other returns, if applicable.
